Shirley A. Miller Keller, 87, of Mulberry, passed away on November 13, 2023, at Franciscan Health Lafayette East. She was born on her parents’ farm in Tippecanoe County, during a blizzard, on March 5, 1936, to Raymond Harold and Ruth Anna (Steckel) Miller. She married Donald W. Keller on March 27, 1955; he preceded her in death on April 10, 2015.

She worked at Purdue from 1954 to 1963, then raised their children. After the children started attending school, she then worked part-time for Kaiser Fertilizer and Purdue University. She retired from Lazarus in Lafayette when the store closed. While there, she received the top sales award. Shirley was a member of the Mulberry United Methodist Church.
