Robert L. Prigg

Robert L. Prigg, 91, of Wesley Manor Retirement Community Frankfort, IN died at Wesley Manor on Saturday, November 20, 2010. He was born on May 19, 1919 in Indianapolis, Indiana to parents A. Lawrence & Carrie (Fowler) Prigg.

He graduated from Anderson High School in 1937 & International Business College in Fort Wayne in 1939; served in the Army, WWII, Master Sergeant from 1941-45. He moved to Franfort in March of 1981 from Pendleton, Indiana. He was the Owner-operator of Priggs Cafeteria in Anderson for 6 year. Robert retired as an accountant after 35 years in that field as well. He was a member of the Hope United Methodist Church.

Robert married Mary F. Howard on July 23, 1944, and she predeceased him having passed away on January 12, 2007.

Survivors include one son, Blair H. Prigg (wife Harriet) of Greenfield, IN, one daughter, Linda D. (husband Garland) Bellamy of Santa Fe New Mexico, Three grandchildren - Brenda Bellamy, Tim Prigg and Kimberly Piece as well as four Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Emma Louise Bolen
