Paul Joseph Miller

Paul Joseph Miller, 43, of Russiaville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 28, 2025 in Kokomo. He was born August 13, 1982 in Monticello to David and Virginia (Fields) Miller.

Paul was a graduate of Frankfort Senior High School class of 2001. He worked at Donaldson’s in Frankfort for nearly 20 years. He enjoyed working on speakers and audio systems, making maple syrup, working out at the gym, gardening, singing and karaoke, and going to hockey games. He loved being outdoors and sitting around the fire or the pool with family and friends. Paul was a friend to all, and never met a stranger. Though his size was intimidating, he had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone and everyone. He was truly a “gentle giant.”

Paul is survived by his parents; his life partner, Robbie Shepard; siblings, Bethany (Michael) Cole, Andrew (Natalie) Miller, Jonathan (Roberta) Miller; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis Miller and Esther Creamer and Clyde and Melva Fields; a cousin Aaron Walker; and several aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 5, 2025, from 4pm to 7pm, at Day & Genda Funeral Home ~ Bodine Chapel in Rossville. Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 6, at 10:30am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fair Haven Cemetery in Mulberry.
