Pamela Ann Harr

Pamela Ann Harr, 65, of Anderson, formerly of Frankfort, passed away on July 15, 2021, at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was born on November 20, 1955, in Frankfort to James Andrew and Mary Loretta (Strong) Payne.

Pamela had attended Clinton Central High School.  She had been a cab driver for many years in Charlotte, North Carolina. While living in Frankfort, she worked for the Red Cross Disaster Relief and the Trustee’s house. Pamela loved cooking, fishing, and spending time with her family but especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving Pamela are sons, James Phipps of Frankfort and Christopher (Janetta) Phipps of Anderson; sisters, Mary Laster-Joslin and Kathy Randolph both of Anderson; daughter-in-law, Serena Phipps of Washington; grandchildren, Brianna (Haley) Castillo, Britney Phipps, Brooklynn Phipps, Andy Phipps (Joclyn Gilmore), Holly Wilhite, Dakota Beane, Austin (Micalah) Phipps, Shania Phipps, Jeffery (Kinley) Phipps, Savanna (Brian) McCoy, Jewel (Isaiah) Covey, Sapphire Phipps, Jesse Phipps; and great grandchildren, Wyatt, Reid, Issabella, Memphis and Ariaella.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeffery Phipps; daughter, Mary Smith; sister, Margie Eldridge; and a grandson, James Scott Phipps.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021, from 5 pm - 8 pm at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort is entrusted with the arrangements.
