Melinda L. Crane

Melinda L. Crane, 64, Rossville, passed away Monday, April 15, 2024, at Community Howard Regional Health.  She was born October 29, 1959, in Frankfort to Richard and Mary Lou (Emery) Crane.  

Melinda was a graduate of Rossville High School in 1979.  She worked in nursing homes for over 16 years caring and for others.  She was a free spirit that enjoyed life and all it had to offer.  She loved with all she had and cared for all in her life.  She enjoyed coloring, writing and listening to Rock & Roll Music, hanging with her friends, and spending time with her children and family and faithful companion, Chocky.

She is survived by her children, Mary (Jeff) Ragan, Dakota Gee, Kenadi Miller; sister, Melanie (Terry) Miller; grandchildren, Nadia Parker, Hollis Stevens, Oscar Hatke; nephews, Brian Miller, Ian Miller, and Runnar Crane; and a niece, Alethea Crane.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Mark Crane and grandfather, Edward Faye Emery.
