Marilyn Belle Gascho, 93, of Rossville, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, at her son’s home. She was born on February 4, 1932, in Lafayette to Verne and Estella (Beahm) Kessler. She married Raymond Lee Gascho on August 12, 1950. He preceded her in passing December 14, 2019.
Marilyn was a graduate of Rossville High School, class of 1950. She spent her years caring for her family and the home. She was a member of Middlefork Old German Baptist Brethren Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved, supported, and prayed for each one in her family.
Marilyn is survived by her children, Gordon (Darla) Gascho of Rossville, Bonnie (Dennis) Miller of Rossville, Garlan (Petrina) Gascho of Delphi; sister-in-law, Laura (Ron) Lah; stepsisters-in-law, Doloris Yoder and Phyllis Garber; 12 grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren.
Along with her husband, Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Calvin(Faye) Kessler and Carroll(Charlene) Kessler, parents-in-law, Andrew and Rena Gascho, step mother-in-law, Pauline Gascho, sister-in-law, Norma(Keith Wagoner, step brothers-in-law Robert Garber and Omar Yoder, and step sister-in-law, Betty Jackson.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 2 to 5pm and 6 to 8pm at Day & Genda Funeral Home ~ Bodine Chapel in Rossville. Funeral service will be held Thursday, 10am at Middlefork Old German Baptist Brethren Church. Burial will follow at Middlefork Old German Baptist Brethren Church Cemetery.
