Maelynn Marie Worth, infant daughter of Ashley Worth, passed away on April 20, 2017 at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Surviving family includes mother, Ashley Worth (Kyle Haverstock); father, Michael Hanthorne; maternal grandparents, Hope & Russel Hubble III and John & Priscilla Worth; paternal grandparents, Melissa Hall & Mike Cheek; uncles, Jonathon and Tyler Worth; and aunts, Malorie Worth and Brittany Hanthorne.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, with visitation one hour prior. Donation in memory of Maelynn may be made to Genda Funeral Home to help the family with expenses. Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com
