Jeremiah “Jake” Uriah Pippenger, 50, of Jefferson Township, Frankfort, passed away August 11, 2025 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born August 30, 1974, in Frankfort to Chris and Darcy (Roettger) Pippenger.
Jake was a 1992 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School. He worked for Welty’s for 10 years and then was self-employed. He loved playing bass for the band, Ribcage, camping, hiking and being outdoors, playing disc golf and croquet, and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed working with plants and his fish tanks, and fiddling on the drums. Jake was a selfless, loving man, that enjoyed having fun in life and never was afraid to share his goofy personality with the world around him. Above all he loved his family and making memories with them.
He is survived by his parents; children, Jakiah (Alexa Ramos) Pippenger and Keatz (Gabby Navarro) Pippenger; his girlfriend, Bobbi Ford; sibling, Megan (Donavan) Mayse of Colorado; a nephew, Hunter Mayse; and his princess pup, Sassy.
He was preceded in passing by his grandparents; Jack and Wynona Pippenger and Dow and Pat Roettger.
Memorial Visitation will held Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 9am until the time of formal memory sharing at 11am at Day & Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. Following the service food and continued celebration will be at Faith Family Church at approximately 12pm.
