James M. Roop
James ""Jim"" M. Roop, 55, of Michigantown, died in his home on Sunday, June 17, 2012.
He was born November 3, 1956, in Aurora, IL, to Milton Allen & Betty (Morin) Roop.
On May 15, 1993, he married Teresa Kelley, and she survives.
James had worked for Indiana Brass and was a member of the Frankfort Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Surviving with his wife of Michigantown are three sons, James Milton Roop, Jr., Benamin Allen Roop and Raymond Charles Roop, one sister, Sandra Borders, one brother, Jerry Allen Roop and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Matthew.
A memorial Service will held Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Frankfort Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
