Infant Melrose Abrielle Carrico, was born April 20, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. Surviving are her parents Nicholas A. Carrico & Jenna Rachelle Woollen both of Lafayette. Maternal Grandparents Philip & Dianna Woollen of Lafayette and Paternal Grandparents Harry Sims & Becky Carrico of Lafayette. Also surviving are many family, friends and loved ones.
Private family graveside services will be held at Mennonite Cemetery on Tuesday.
