Ellis L. Hall

Ellis was a lifelong Frankfort resident. He graduated from Frankfort High School in 1953, and he worked at Nickle Plate Railroad for 27 years before retiring in 1983. While he was going to school he worked at the TImes as well as Stark & Wetzel. He also worked part time at Schultz Market after his retirement.

Ellis loved to do yard work, work in his flower gardens, play golf and horseshoes, and he was a model train enthusiast. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge of Frankfort, and the Brotherhood of Railroads Union.

He married Jane Winslow on June 26, 1954 in Ladoga, IN, and she survives.

Survivors include his Wife, Jane of Frankfort, Three Children: Pamela Jane (Bryan) McClaskey of Darlington, Tammy Suzanne (Greg) Shields of Frankfort and Candy Lee (Mike) Taylor of Frankfort, 11 Grandchildren: Heather Marie Abney, Amber Collette McClaskey, Jamie Dawn McClaskey, Wendi Shanelle Hall, Mallorie A. Shields, Britney Leigh (Bryan) Burell, Meghan Elaine Howe, Heath Michael Taylor, Katie Taylor and Cory Taylor, 6 Great Grandchildren: Tyler Abney, Madison Abney, Garrett Burrell, Jysiah Liggins, Devlin Burrell and Brooke Abney, 1 Sister in Law, Pauline Hall and 1 Niece, Cindy Darrell Merkel.

He was preceded in death by her parents and 1 Brother, James.
