Donald E. Stillwell

Donald E. Stillwell, 81, of 1000 Walsh Ave., Frankfort, IN died at the Clarian Arnett Hospital on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 in Lafayette, surrounded by his family. He was born on September 15, 1929 in Frankfort to parents Hubert & Ida (Pedigo) Stillwell.

Don attended Frankfort Schools, and he was a Korean War Veteran of the US Navy having served our Country from 1951 - 1955 on the U.S.S. Proton. He worked at the Nickel Plate Railroad Yards, ADM, delivered beer, and retired Dec. 2, 1991.

He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, “Golden Eagle“, 40 & 8, American Legion and the V.F.W.

He married Kathryn DeVoss, and she survives.

Survivors include Three sons, Donnie Stillwell (finacé Karen), Steven Stillwell, Stefan Stillwell - all of Frankfort, one daughter, Kelli (husband Dan) Perkins of Colfax, 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Judith Warren.
