Dolly D. (Mihay) Allen

Rejoice with us in the passing of our mother, Dolly D. (Mihay) Allen.  She passed away, Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Wesley Manor in Frankfort.  Dolly was born September 11, 1928, in Frankfort to Carl and Mattie Hazel (Lamb) Mihay.  She married Ralph E. Allen on February 5, 1946.  He preceded her in death.

Dolly is survived by her daughters, Starlin (Fred) Myers and Karen (Juan) Ruiz; grandchildren, Shane Myers, Felicia Dale, Traci Ellis, Kari Brown, Lisa Harrison, Toshua Ruiz and 20 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren, and 2 great great great grandchildren.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, two brothers, and a grandson.

Dolly, a loving wife, mother, was blessed of God and is now home with Jesus.
