Catherine "Katie" Beauchamp-Wallsmith

Catherine “Katie” Ann Beauchamp-Wallsmith, 64, Frankfort, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Witham Hospital in Lebanon.  She was born in Frankfort on November 20, 1959, to John and Mary (Eisenhower) Huffer.

Katie attended Clinton Prairie High School.  She worked at Federal Mogul for 25 years.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, wordsearches, and playing video games especially Mario Brothers.  She loved her dog, Duchess, and her family, especially her grandkids.  Making memories with her kids and grandkids was her favorite past time.

She is survived by her children, Leif (Jamie) Beauchamp; stepchildren, Jakub (Amy) Wallsmith, Bella Wallsmith, and Zachary Wallsmith; grandchildren, Jaxten and Ryatt Beauchamp and Quinn Wallsmith; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; three sisters; and great nephew, Bobby Howe.

Visitation will be held, Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Day & Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort from 5pm to 7pm at which time there will be a formal sharing of memories.  Memorial contributions may be made in Katie’s honor to the Clinton County Humane Society.  Messages of condolence may be left at www.dayandgenda.com.
